ICT - Phase 2

In today’s digital age, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in transforming education. In schools, ICT enhances teaching, learning, school management, and student engagement, making education more interactive and effective. One of the greatest benefits of ICT in education is its ability to make teaching and learning more engaging. I took a class for students inculcating ICT to make learning process engaging. I taught the 'A Day in the Country' by Anton Pavlov Chekhov. I used pictures, videos, and slides to transact the lesson. I inculcated ICT in each and every step of the lesson plan. The student was attentive when I taught them. I used PPT through interactive whiteboard to teach students. In a technology ruling era, teachers must inculcate ICT to make the teaching learning process effectively

WEEK 3 (18 Nov - 22 Nov) This week was bit hectic as I got classes to take along with substitution periods. On 19th of November GHS Pappanamcode conducted an awareness class for students based on the topic "Mobile Addition" because mobile phone usage among children has become a growing concern due to its impact on their physical, mental, and social well-being.   On 22nd of November Mrs.Aswathy Ma'am came to observe and review my class. She gave me feedback to improve my class. I took that feedback on a serious note as I always wish to make my class better one. Accepting suggestions and feedback will make one to improve on a larger scale. I also conducted Diagnostic test based on the grammar topic " Degrees of Comparison". A total of 17 students attended the test.

He pointed out lacking area while teaching. I took his suggestions to heart to improve my classes. However, he concluded the class as a good one. This week I took part in discipline duty as usual. The students somedays were attentive but on some days they were restless in the class. But with proper techniques I got their attention.
